The data your twin keeps

What your twin DOES NOT collect
Explicit non-collection
Some things we won't gather even if you ask us to — those promises live here.
- Anything you haven't ticked on your consent record.
- Biometrics — no face recognition, no voice prints, no fingerprints.
- Location continuously — only at lesson-time if you opt in.
- Personal communications with Richard or other students.
- Data sold or shared with third parties — there are no third parties.
Data residency
Where your twin lives.
Your twin runs as a per-student agent on Tingala's tenant VPS — a single, ringfenced server, dedicated to Tingala, with zero main-org secrets on the box. Adam and Richard hold the only SSH keys. The whole bundle transfers to Richard's ownership at v1.
There is no analytics product, no third-party tracker, no cloud bucket your data is mirrored into without your sign-off. Backups are encrypted; you can request a full export or a hard delete at any time.
